There is one mailbox. Use it for corrections, privacy requests and questions about the site.
What to send us
- A fact on the site that is wrong or out of date. Tell us which page and, if you can, where you read the correct version.
- A request to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. The privacy policy explains what little that is.
- A question about how the site is run or paid for.
What we cannot do
- Anything to do with a Betfair account: deposits, withdrawals, verification, a bet you think was settled wrongly. We have no access to accounts. Use the help centre on www.betfair.com.au.
- Betting tips, or advice about money or the law.
- Support in a crisis. This mailbox is not watched around the clock.
